This summer, Hempstead MBK Pints took an exciting trip to White Post Farms, Long Island’s #1 Animal Farm Petting Zoo. The children enjoyed getting up close with a variety of animals, including giraffes, camels, endangered ringtail lemurs, and zebras. With animal food in hand, they had the chance to feed goats, sheep, pigs, alpacas, and even the towering giraffes!
The highlight of the day was the Giraffe Experience, where the kids fed carrots to the friendly giraffes and snapped fun selfies. They also ventured into Poppie’s Lorikeet Landing, where vibrant, free-flying birds from Australia landed on their hands to sip nectar.
It was a day filled with fun, learning, and unforgettable animal encounters!
